|
This study intends to analyze the effect of demographic characteristics, self-completion orientation, and active involvement in life of babyboomer generation on their prepation for old age life. The objects of this study were 420 persons in middle and older ages who are living in the areas of Daegu Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam. The main results are as follows. In relation to the preparation for their old age life. this study finds that people who have the higher educational backgrounds, religion, spouses, houses, good health condition, and higher monthly income are better prepared for their old age life. In addition, people who are separately living from their children are better prepared for ther old age life.
